Instagram??
Heyo!! I know it's very far and few inbetween from when I update here. I've been doing some self assessing, got a very busy job and trying to figure out my art. I've been doing a lot of monsters and stuff, and trying to work out the best idea for myself to make a book, because that is the dream.
I'm going to try my best to upload all the work I've been doing, if anyone wants to see it. I might not though, in which case, you should check out/follow my Instagram or Twitter. I'm trying to branch out beyond this platform, even if it has been trusty over the years.

I hope I'm not disappointing you all by not updating here. I just grew apart from it, aside for a platform and vessel for some group arts. Maybe I'll be able to revive it?? I did it with my Instagram, so why not??

Life UPDATE
I know it's been nearly a year since I last had a journal entry. Life has been crazy. I've graduated from college, which means I had a giant show at the end of the school year for my art major. It took up a lot of my time and I made a lot of art that just sits in my basement now.
Since graduation, I have taken on an internship with my college. I work with the art department and the professors. It's a bit like being a student for another year, but not having to be graded for everything I do. With that internship, I had a massive solo show. I've recently finished up that show and finally have free time again!!
It's hard to describe my artwork, because I'm still not that good with that, so I have a video!! I know I have a lot of friends all over the world and they obviously couldn't make it to the reception. I managed to have the forethought to make a video and it actually helped me with my talk later that night.
As for what to expect from me, it's still going to be a lot of group work. I'm currently trying to work through a few ideas for some stories, and I'm hoping to keep writing and make up another plan for a graphic novel like the one featured in the video. I would love for it to be a lot bigger and crazy, but I know I can't do that on my own. I just know I want to do that as a career. And now is as good a time as ever to get my ideas down so I can work through them in the future.
I'm hoping to get some nice original art up here soon and get all my creative itches scratched. I missed doing digital work, so I'm gonna hopefully flood this page again and get back to my productive self.
I think that's all I got for now. Just wanted to keep ya updated since I hadn't done that in a while!
YES!!
The freaking director of the gallery where my senior show is gonna be held came into my studio and seemed to love my digital works. He even took a picture to show to his daughter because she likes doing that sort of art!!!
This senior year has felt like a struggle for me, wanting to do digital work but constantly being told that it's not the fine art that we do here at this school. And this director sees my different work and really likes it.
He's even encouraging me to make prints to hand out at the show. My digital art is finally taking a hold by someone official. I've had to listen to my professors for so long saying do something out and someone higher up is like, nah this is great. This should go in the show.
I'm gonna cry because I'm so happy that I'm finally worth something!! My free time working and getting better with digital programs isn't for nothing!
I'm gonna go finish this giant digital piece now and give my seminar professor a giant middle finger when he shits on it on Monday.
Little thing
I also have a cold that is kicking my ass. I've been sleeping a lot to try and kick it. I'll try to be on more later this week. Might be gone for a few more days. That's why you're not hearing from me right now.
Back to Hell
Just a quick update. I'm back to school. I'm gonna be working on art i need to make for grades. If everything works out, I'll be posting a lot of it on here because it'll be digital work. And if it doesn't, I'll be gone until graduation (hopefully) in May.
It's a lot of stress already. I've gotten two days done and I've cried three times. Beautiful start.
